Exchange Policy Only – 5grouters.pk
At 5grouters.pk, we sell used and pre owned branded routers only. We do not deal in new products. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
1. No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. All sales are final and all payments made are non refundable.
2. Exchange Eligibility
Exchange requests are accepted within 15 days of delivery only.
- The router must be returned in the same condition as delivered.
- No physical damage, burns, cracks, or liquid damage.
- All included accessories must be returned.
- A valid purchase invoice is mandatory.
Exchange is allowed only if the router is:
- Not powering on at the time of delivery
- Severely defective and not functioning as described
- Wrong model sent by mistake
Minor scratches, signs of use, or cosmetic wear are normal for used products and are not valid reasons for exchange.
3. Non Exchangeable Items
- Routers damaged due to misuse, mishandling, liquid exposure, voltage fluctuation, or unauthorized repair
- Items returned without accessories or invoice
- Issues related to performance expectations, compatibility, or change of mind after purchase
4. Exchange Process
- Returned routers will be inspected by our technical team
- If approved, exchange will be made with the same model or another available used router
- If the selected router has a higher price, the customer must pay the difference
- All exchanges depend on stock availability
